Revisions to the Intellectual Property Rights Act for the 21st Century

Objector’s Reply: Content Restoration Notification
When material is removed from a website due to an allegation of copyright infringement, you have the option of filing a counter notice requesting its return. The following information must be included in any written notice to our DMCA Agent pursuant to Section 512(g)(3) of Title 17 of the United States Code:
1. a printed or electronic signature from you.
(2) Extensive explanations explain why some data was removed, along with its original placement.
(3) A sworn statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was mistakenly deleted or deactivated.
Four) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you agree to accept service of process from the complaining party and that you will accept the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside of the United States, that you consent to jurisdiction in any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).
