How do I change my shipping address?

To change the address on your order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • If the item has not shipped, we will change the address for you without fees applied
  • If the item has shipped, the fee for changing the address is $8.00 per package

Can I cancel or make changes to my order after placing it?

To cancel your order, contact customer service within 12
hours (from the time of successful order on our store). If your order
hasn’t been fulfilled, one of our team members will be able to cancel
specific items or execute a full order cancel upon your request.

Note : We can make changes to your order within 12 hours of a successful purchase. After this time the order cannot be changed.
