Shipping
I’m wondering whether you provide worldwide shipping.
We do provide worldwide shipping. There will be an extra shipping charge at checkout. The cost of each order is $6.
How much will I have to pay in taxes, tariffs, and other fees when I go internationally?
Consumers outside of VN may be charged extra due to import regulations in their own countries.
shopbbi is unable to alter this, thus we must disclose the full value and contents of every packages to customs.
Foreign buyers should familiarize themselves with their country’s import regulations before placing an order with us to prevent any unwelcome surprises upon delivery of their package.

No returns will be made if you, the customer, reject an imported item because you lack the financial means to pay the associated costs. If the item has already been invoiced to our account, the return shipment costs and the original delivery costs will be deducted from your refund when we receive the item. I).
We have the right to impose a restocking fee if your shipment is delayed in transit or customs for an excessive amount of time.
Returns
If my shipment hasn’t arrived yet, what should I do?
As your order is packed and sent out, we’ll provide you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. You should expect to get your order between 3–5 business days after making your order and receiving the confirmation email. Please contact us at support@shopbbi.com if you did not get this message.

You need to keep an eye on where your delivery stand. Shopbbi will not replace any packages that are lost during shipping. If nobody is around to sign for the package when the mailman comes, he or she might leave it at the front door. When the package has been handed to the postal courier, we will no longer be responsible for its safety. When a package has been marked as “delivered” by the post office, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds. ***
What kind of adjustments may I make to an existing order?

We do our best to get orders out the door as soon as possible, so there’s usually not much wiggle room for changes.
Due to the speed with which we handle orders, we are unable to accommodate all requests to change or cancel them. There is a higher chance that we can accommodate your request if you make it as soon as possible.
Just why is my purchase still pending?
Orders are only sent out during business hours (Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST). Your transaction won’t be processed until Monday if you make it over the weekend or after business hours on a Friday.

If you used a different email address while placing your order, you may not have received a shipment confirmation email even if your goods has been dispatched. Each purchase is followed by a confirmation email delivered to the given address. Hence, if you didn’t get an order confirmation email, you won’t get a shipping confirmation email either.

One or more of the goods in your order may have been out of stock, which would explain the significant delay in delivery. In an ideal world, customers wouldn’t have to order things that aren’t in stock, but mistakes happen. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of the delay or to make arrangements for the immediate shipment of any products that are already ready to ship.
When I check the tracking system, it says my order has already been delivered, but it hasn’t.
The following is a check list that may be of help while you try to fix the problem:
By opening the shipping confirmation email, you may verify that the right mailing address was used.
The tracking page may help you figure out whether the package was left with a front desk worker, a parcel locker, or a mailbox.

Let a few days for things to work out. Sometimes, postal employees may mark an item as delivered even though it hasn’t really been delivered.
Take a trip to the post office. If you haven’t received your package but have the tracking number, you may contact the shipper and ask where it is.

If you’ve checked these areas and still can’t find it, please let us know so we can file a lost item claim with the shipping company.

Watching the delivery status of your products is essential. packages that go missing during shipping will not be replaced by shopbbi. If no one is around to sign for the parcel when the mailman comes knocking, he or she may leave it at the door. When your things have been delivered by the postal courier, we will no longer be responsible for them. After the postal agency has marked a package as “delivered,” we have no further obligation to the consumer and cannot provide a replacement or a refund. ****

International PayPal As PayPal accepts the widest variety of credit cards, it is also the safest payment option. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and EnRoute are just few of the accepted ones. Visa and MasterCard branded debit and checking cards are accepted and processed in the same way as credit cards. If you have a PayPal account, you may use it instead of a credit card to pay.
Several credit card brands are currently not supported by PayPal Merchant Services. Private label credit cards, debit cards with pin input, and so forth are examples.

All of the available credit card options are listed on our website. The most widely accepted credit card brands are as follows. Don’t let the fact that your credit card company isn’t included deter you from making a transaction.
When you make a purchase at shopbbi.com, your private information, including credit card details, is not stored. Please contact the issuing bank on the payment card if you have any inquiries about your purchases from our site.
Currencies
It is completely up to your location and the chosen payment method to determine the currency in which you will be charged. The “Choose Currency” button can be found in the upper right corner of the shopbbi webpage and is used to switch to a another currency.
Is there any way to apply a discount code after the fact?
After 30 minutes of placing an order, if a customer realizes they forgot to use a promotional code, the business would happily provide a voucher for the amount the code would have saved them.
Replacement and Return Procedures
When you request a refund, how long does it take to get it?
When you buy with shopbbi, we want you to feel like a superstar. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us and will do everything it takes to make that happen. Please let us know if you need to swap for a different size, color, or product, and we would be pleased to help you do so.
If one customer isn’t satisfied, we won’t stop working until they all are. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your product for a full refund or store credit gift card if you’re not satisfied with it.
Refunds are given in the form of shopbbi E-Gift Cards. The shopbbi website does not accept refunds for shipping fees. In an effort to save wasteful spending, we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Can I exchange this item for one of a different color or size, or return it and receive a refund?
There are no special procedures to complete a deal. In order to make a switch, just place a new order for the item you’d want to swap it out for, and then return the original one using the regular procedure explained in our return portal.
To make a size adjustment, please email support@shopbbi.com with the new reference number and the size you need.
What should I do if a damaged or incorrect item is sent to you?

How can I get out of an order for something I’ve changed my mind about?
All returns must be postmarked no later than 30 days from the delivery date as shown on usps.com tracking information.
Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging (unworn, unused, clean, undamaged, with all tags attached and in their original packing).
A copy of the original invoice and an explanation of your choice to return the item are required.
The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
You will get a gift card for the amount of your order less the delivery fee as soon as possible if you specify that this is what you want. We will deduct $9.99 from your refund to cover the cost of return shipping if you do not provide your own return label.
You may get a shop credit instead of your money if you return anything. We’ll get started on processing your return as soon as we get it. It usually takes 4-7 business days to do this. There is no allowance for weekends or holidays.
Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
