Payment Refunds and Exchanges
Our return policy gives you 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about getting your money back.
For a return to be processed, items must be in their original condition (unworn and with tags attached) and packaging. In addition, you’ll need the purchase receipt.
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a return mailing label and detailed instructions for sending your shipment back if your return is approved. Don’t bother sending anything back if you haven’t requested a return.

Problems and damage
Upon receipt, please check your purchase for any defects, damages, or incorrect items and let us know as soon as possible so we can investigate and correct the situation.
Items that cannot be returned
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), bespoke products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods are examples of these that often cannot be returned (such as beauty products). In addition, we can’t take back any items that are combustible, toxic, or otherwise dangerous to humans or other animals. If you have any inquiries or issues concerning your particular item, please get in contact.
Gift cards and sale products are final sale and cannot be returned.
The quickest approach to receive exactly what you want is to send back what you already have and then buy the replacement item separately after your return has been processed.
After reviewing your return, we will let you know whether or not the refund was processed successfully. If your request is successful, your money will be returned to the method you used to make the initial purchase. You should also allow your bank or credit card company some time to process and publish the refund.
