SHIPPING
To us, nothing is more satisfying than providing outstanding quality and value to our valued consumers. As a result, we provide $6 flat-rate shipping on all orders sent from our Chinese warehouses by ePacket, EMS, or USPS, and from our US warehouses via USPS.

CUSTOMS
Any additional costs incurred by delivery to customs are not our responsibility. You agree to receive several shipments from us when you make a purchase from us; upon arrival in your country, the items may be subject to customs charges.

RECEIPT TIME After a customer successfully places an order, it will be processed within 3-5 days, and the package will be shipped from warehouses in China or the United States, both of which are anticipated to arrive to the buyer within 7-15 working days, with the maximum delivery time still being only about 30 working days. This is assuming that no unforeseen events, such as war or natural disasters, delay the shipment.
Please note that this does not account for our processing time of 3–5 days.

Gathering data
When your item has shipped, you will get an email with a tracking number; however, certain goods that qualify for free delivery may not be trackable. It is possible to get several parcels containing the same order, even if combined shipping was selected.
